Scott Jackson has been a champion hay producer for the past 30 years and currently owns and operates Jackson Hole Texas as popular entertainment venue as well as a traditional farm and ranch. He has worked extensively with movie production crews on such films as "Places in the Heart". He is also available for lectures on modern farming issues including organic farming, gardening and cattle.
